This card comes with a title in German. I did not chose this. It was given like that.

 

Contemplating the name, I feel it needs to be in German, because the word "Aufbruch" comes with two different meanings:

 

1. start, departure

2. breaking open

 

And it very much feels that both meanings are included in the message this card brings you:

It is time to break open and depart on a (new) journey.

Here is what communicated itself to me:

 

The colours are bold ~ it is a card of power.

 

The mountain breaking open, is creating space. Something that seemed solid, unmoveable is changing. Space is creating. The foundation, the bedrock, is breaking open.

 

Purple, the colour of the crown chakra, is rising in a straight, unbroken, strong line from the bottom to the top. The aligned, authentic soul is connecting upwards, as well as downwards. Connecting earth and heaven ~ forming the bridge. It is not negotiable, or to be doubted ~ it is.

 

The cloud-shape in the purple ~ this could be the being that you are incarnated as; it is centred in the connection, oriented upwards. Alternatively, these are the last remains of an internal filter that is fogging the clarity, the coherency of the connection, and needs to be broken open.

 

However, the connection itself is open and strong, grounded yet expanding.

 

And the orientation is upwards.

 

Yes, the colours at the top are darker than below. To me this speaks of transformation coming ~ and transformation is not, in my experience, easy. This is going to be challenging. Nevertheless, the orientation is upwards, towards that.

 

Below, there are the clouds ~ the old reality is unwinding; the old self is dissolving.

 

 

This is what I would say at this point. It is certainly a message that speaks into my own journey. However, the more I look at the card, the more it reveals its layers to me, with deeper nuances of meaning.

 

 

A powerful signpost that, I feel, may be part of your journey for a while, as the further you go, the more it will reveal to you.

 

 

Overall, an immensly powerful card, with a strong yet challenging message.

 

 

To truly follow it requires courage.

 

 

However, nobody said you have to throw yourself over the edge of the cliff right now. So instead, sit with this message for a while. See what comes up. What your response is.
