what is going on in the energy field ~ a perspective

Something profound is happening in the energy field. It's been there, at the edges of my consciousness, for a few days now. So this morning in meditation, I spent a good while to tune into it. To get a better sense of what it might be.

At first, there was only a feeling. As I tuned into that, the word multidimensional dropped into my consciousness. That send out ripples through my internal landscape, and then things clicked together:

Things are changing in the 4D. Changing into a more harmoninous, aligned configuration. And that is going to have a huge impact on the 3D and our lives.

Because the 4D, in my understanding, is the causal plane. The vibrational layer where higher knowings from the 5D begin to coalesce into concepts and from there crystallise into form in the 3D.

In other, plainer words: the vibrational layer that informs ~ that creates ~ our reality is changing.

I think I've been saying things like that for a while now. How our reality construct is changing. Right?

Yes. And now I can see it. Almost literally, with my eyes open, I can see the strings of energy that shape our 3D world shifting. Into new configurations. There is so much light coming in.

I do no have words to truly, fully describe what I'm seeing and sensing.

In an attempt to translate at least a little into 3D terms ~ I'd say what I'm seeing is healing. The healing of an old wound, the softening and unwinding of an old, old pain. There are echoes still, and it hurts so much, but at the same time, the light is coming in and we are healing.

What does that mean for you and me, here in the 3D?

I'd say, buckle down, the shift is accelerating once more.

That means an increase in acension symptoms, on all levels: physical, emotional, mental, energetic.

It means an almost certain increase in shadow-drama out there: war, disease, anything and everything to lock you down into fear.

It very likely also means an increase in your own internal shadow work. There is realignment happening, so everything that is not yet aligned will get stired up and actiated. So if you're finding all kinds of shit bubbling up (again), take a deep breath, it's a good sign! It's active, now you can get into realigning it, as well.

The energies for that to happen are there in the field.

Since my sense of the 4D change is that there is healing going on, I'd say that this might also be a time when your old wounds are breaking open again in response. Anything that is still there, anything that hasn't been fully healed yet is likely to come up.

So if you find that happening, old wounds, old pain coming to the fore, old damaging patterns of thought and behaviour that you thought you'd dealt with ... that's likely the cause. The field is healing in 4D, and that means it's your gateway, too.

Darling, we're going deep now. This is the next layer of the shift.

This is ascension.

It can be tough, yes. It can be overwhelming, absolutely.
