How to shift with the Shift

The Shift has been accelerating since 2023 ~ and is only going to get faster and more intense as time goes by. Are you ready to shift with the Shift? Here's an exploration of ways that might help you.


the Shift, ongoing

The past years since 2023 have seen an acceleration of the Shift. You might feel it as you tune in ~ you might be aware of the rising vibration in the field around you.


The time is now. There is no more time to wait. However you interpret the changes for yourself, whether it is because we have completed a cycle and moved out of Kali Yuga or you resonate more with the concept of Gaia having ascended and a new soul having come in to see us all through the Shift ~ things have changed profoundly, at the very core of our reality.


Increased solar activity, leading to an increase in earthquakes and volcanoes, are but the symptom of things heating up.


The Shift is accelerating. The changes in the field, but also those noticeable to the scientific mind, have been affecting us and will only do so more in future. The foundation of our reality has changed, the old paradigm is unwinding and collapsing.


Now is the time to prepare for what is to come, what is already happening ~ physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.


And yes, the time is now. Not when you feel better, or less exhausted, or more motivated, or better rested, or more balanced, or more aligned.


Because if you are waiting for that? You will be waiting for the rest of your life.


These are the symptoms of the Shift. They will not go away, if you do not work to equalise with them and then find your own way to navigate through.


And if you don't work to equalise and find your way, well, the Shift will certainly be all the more challenging for you for it.


Having said that ~ take a deep breath. Relax your shoulders. Breathe, and allow the anxiety to settle.


You are here. There is a way to navigate. Let's explore a few ideas of how you might do so and prepare for the Shift to really get going:




Preparing physically


There seem to be many who believe that to prepare physically for the Shift is to become a prepper and begin storing food, water, maybe even weapons. That is not what I am speaking about.


To prepare physically is to prepare the physical body for changes to come. For a time when reality has unravelled enough that the 3D becomes less solid and more fluid, almost. When you feel as if you are standing in an earthquake, yet the ground beneath you does not rumble or shake. When the body vibrates and your sense of proprioception ~ the knowing where your body ends ~ dissipates, and suddenly you cannot tell where you end and the air around you begins.


Food and water nourish the body, yes. They won't do much, anymore, at that point in the Shift.


So get ready now. Here are a few ways to do so:


  • meditate in order so soften the body-mind and the fixed judgment of what body is, how it feels, and who you are with it

  • work to unravel your identification with the physical body; for example by

  • taking daily cold showers, at least three minutes long ~ feel into the resistance to cold and discomfort, breathe through it

  • if you have not yet switched to a plant-based diet, consider doing so ~ and explore what this means to you; you will likely be amazed by the difference cutting out dairy will make to your mental and emotional clarity!

  • again, if you haven't done so yet, begin intermittent fasting, with a maximum of two meals per day ~ explore what are the best times for you to eat and fast

  • if you are intermittent fasting, explore doing One Meal a Day ~ and/or fasting fully for a couple of days each week


These are ways to begin preparing the physical body to equalise with discomfort.




Preparing emotionally


When the Shift hits the fan, things will get turbulent. They already are! Look around, you will see how many people are already going into fear, anxiety, hopelessness, and anger. This is not likely to suddenly, magically become sweet and harmonious.


So the invitation is to become acquainted and then comfortable with your own emotions, whatever wishes to present at any given time. Yes, the so-called "negative" emotions as well. Fear, anger, grief ~ they are allowed, and the more comfortable you are with experiencing them, the easier any kind of transition will be.


Grief in particular. Spend quality time getting acquainted with the feeling of grief. Because our ability to grief and unravel through, not getting stuck in it, will benefit us hugely. Why? Something beautiful is ending. Already species are passing on. We will pass on at one point and, if we are ascending this time, we will likely not be back in a 3D environment.


So loss will become a normal occurrence until then. Let yourself grieve the loss of beautiful nature, the people, the animals, all that magic of this earth. It is beautiful and deserves to be mourned. Grieve, now, so that you are ready when the time is coming closer and closer.


Not simply for yourself, but also for those around you, as your sense of inner peace, your acceptance of what is, your ability to feel and process and let go of emotions will help them to find their own way through.


How to get to that point? Here are a few ideas:


  • begin, if you haven't done so yet, by acquainting yourself with how different emotions feel and present inside of your being. How does fear feel? Anger? Grief?

  • Explore ways of expressing these emotions within your own space, your safe space ~ through art, in movement, in sound, in writing

  • if you struggle with emotions and feeling in general, explore ways that might help you out there ~ such as guided meditations that offer support in working through emotions

  • connect with someone you trust and speak about what you feel and experience ~ a good friend, a life coach, or any other being who offers spiritual service that you feel you can connect with and trust



Preparing mentally


This might be one of the most difficult layers to work on when it comes to preparing for the coming shift and transition, for the mind has been compressed and hardened through living in a 3D construct. It has learnt judgment ~ both directed outwards and inwards. It has learnt it needs to work hard, effort, struggle, and fix things. It has been taught it needs to understand everything all the time and also be in control. It only know „spot problem – find solution – apply solution to problem – fixed”.


That isn't going to cut it, especially when there are no solutions to problems. For how do you stop our planet from Shifting or a galactic super-wave from hitting our sun?


So what can be done to prepare the mind?


  • meditate, meditate, and meditate: there is truly no better way to calm the body-mind and allow it to soften

  • observe the mind, as much as possible, and begin to notice patterns and mental loops ~ and then work to stop and break: for example, imagining all the thoughts and doubts and questions to be written on a blackboard that you then wipe clean, or telling the mind to go sit on a bucket until it calms down

  • explore alternate interpretations of reality and ask yourself: "How would it feel if that were true?"

  • question everything ~ even the seemingly simplest, mundane things! Do I need a closet/wardrobe? Why do always wash my hair a certain way? Must I be punctual/tidy/organised/rational/whatever ~ and who told me I had to?

  • and then work to soften judgment and the need for control ~ at best, both are illusions, at worst, both are lies





Preparing spiritually


Are we not already prepared spiritually? Are we not already spiritual beings, working towards the Shift?


Yes, we are spiritual beings having a human experience.


That does not make us ready for the Shift. Because look around you: All these people are spiritual beings having a human experience. Are they ready?


And so, until we truly live as spiritual beings, until we feel in every cell of the body that we are not a person but a stream of consciousness ~ we are not ready, as unpalatable as that might sound.


So how do we get ready?


By applying all of the above ~ and them some:


  • daily spiritual practices that allow your awareness to transcend the human experience ~ not merely five minutes of sitting in stillness, but going deeper, further: in art, in dance, in walking through nature, in anything that brings you Alive

  • daily meditations that open and attune the chakras and or (silent) toning/singing the chakras ~ both are incredible ways to shift you out of the mind/identity and into the feeling of your being

  • working on unravelling identity in all its forms ~ such as roles in family or your circle of friends, such as „employee” or „employer”, such as „spiritual seeker” or „shaman” or „healer” or „facilitator”

  • spend some time contemplating and feeling into the end of your current physical form ~ where are attachments, and how can you let go?



These are just a few suggestions, things that I am or have been working on, that I have explored or am exploring and find useful ~ and I am sure there are others!
