Welcome to another week of kitchen adventures! This week's are still a work in progress, actually, because two things are still waiting to go in the oven. They are waiting because I am waiting for temperatures to maybe, hopefully, cool down a little in the evening. Please? However! Last week's Cooking Marathon was a lot of fun, and so here I am again, with a whole bunch of things I made in an attempt to stem the flood of unhappy veggies in the fridge. I believe we are all much happier now.
