Hello, and welcome to another week of Kitchen Adventures with Joy! It was a strange week for kitchen adventures, too, because I was done fairly quickly - or, at least, if felt very quickly - and then was like, "Wait, where's the rest?" 😆 So, if you've watched the unboxing video (and even if not): Here is what I made with this week's delivery:

Welcome to another week of kitchen adventures! This week's are still a work in progress, actually, because two things are still waiting to go in the oven. They are waiting because I am waiting for temperatures to maybe, hopefully, cool down a little in the evening. Please? However! Some adventures were had, so let's dive into all the fun things I made with the veggies shown in the unboxing video!

Last week's Cooking Marathon was a lot of fun, and so here I am again, with a whole bunch of things I made in an attempt to stem the flood of unhappy veggies in the fridge. I believe we are all much happier now.
