Hey, hello there. It's good to see you! Did you have a good start into this new YEAH 2026? It's going to be an amazing year for sure ~ the energies are off the scale, off the planet, and into an entirely different dimension altogether!
Feels we are off to a very good start. 😃
And I am back from the wee little break I took there ~ a break with a lot of doing nothing more than reading a good book (or, you know, six), going for walks, and enjoying being in the kitchen just Me, Myself, and I.
It was needed, and much appreciated.
And now, the energy is building again for more kitchen adventures ~ though going forward, I'm shifting focus a little: As you might have noticed in the banner, we're stepping into the Ascension Kitchen this year, with high-vibrational, plant-based & gluten-free food for 5D consciousness.
Let's elevate our body, mind, and soul with magic, creativity, and nommy food!

And we start with the Multidimensional One Pot:
All cooked in one pot, but multidimensionally ~ or, you know, one part after the other. Starting with:
First dimension (aka the protein/base): soaking 100g of dried green peas over night, rinsing them, and cooking them in fresh water for about 40 minutes. When soft, drain remaining water and put aside in a bowl.
Second dimension (aka the veggies/colours & vitamins): washing and chopping one fennel bulb and three small (yellow) carrots. When the pot is free, these go in with a bit of water, allowed to gently cook for about 8 minutes. Drain water, put veggies aside.
Third dimension (aka the noodles/grain): Bring water to a boil, put in a nest of rice noodles (ca. 60g), turn heat off, and let soften for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Fourth dimension (aka the extra/sauce to bring it all together): wash five small(ish) potatoes, chop into small pieces, cook in salted water for 10 - 12 minutes. Drain water, add 75 - 100ml oat milk (or rice milk), maybe creamed coconut or non-dairy crème fraîche, two small cloes of garlic (chopped), salt and pepper, and then blend with a handheld blender, until desired creamyness is achieved.
🎇 🎇 Five dimensional magic: Mix everything together and enjoy. 🎇🎇
This is delicious and comfort-food-y, while super healthy, and ticking all the boxes for a complete meal ~ it's got a grain, a green, and a bean.
Yes, the green peas double as green and bean, but that's the magic! The rice noodles cover the grain, and you get the extra of colours-of-veggies, and the sauce.
So. Magic. And you only need one pot! 😃
(Keeping number of dirty dishes to wash down since 2026.)

❤️
And the flow continues on to the next dish, which is even easier to make ~ takes less time, too ~ and transports your taste buds into nirvana: a Heart-infused Soulflow Salad.
... or, you know: oven-roasted veggie salad, with chickpeas, super-creamy-spicy dressing, and parsley-on-top:
wash and chop 1/2 hokkaido pumpkin, 1 sweet potato, 1 small(ish) yellow potato, and three (yellow) carrots into good-sized chunks; cut one large yellow onion into slices
add 200g cooked chickpeas
toss everything with 2-3 tablespoons coconut oil, salt, pepper, and tandori masala spice mix
spread on a lined oven-tray and bake at 220°C for about 22 minutes
combine 100g cashew butter, 4 tablespoons tamari (or soy sauce), 2 tablespoons of each rice vinegar and ginger juice, 25g agava sirup (depending on taste more or less), juice of half a lemon, and one big grated clove of garlic (might need a bit of water to thin)
once veggies have cooled down, mix all together in a bowl
wash and chop parsley to either garnish on top ~ or to stir it all in (which is what I neded up doing)
And just like that, with very little effort, you have another increadibly tasty, healthy, and grounding meal. Can be eaten hot or cold, makes a great side dish/salad.
And if, like me, you add some chili oil to the mix ... it even warms you up from the inside as well! 😃

6/5, definitely recommend.
.❤️.
