This forest close to where I live is truly magical ~ and truly healing. No matter how terrible I feel when I go in, I come out softened, open, relaxed ~ present.
I love this place. Let me share some of its magic with you in this magic forest meditation...

Come walk the magic forest with me
If you feel stressed and rushed ~ this is a place of calm and serenity
If the mind is loud and the body aches ~ this is a place of surrender, softness ... and healing 🍃
So come with me, let me walk you through this space ...
Stop for a moment now. Simply be still.
What do you see?
What do you notice?
What do you feel?

Let us leave the path behind now, and step deeper into the forest, into the green ...
Close your eyes now.
Feel the soft moss beneath your feet.
Feel the warmth of the sunshine on your skin.
Feel the gentle, little breeze, brushing over your skin ...
Breathe now.
Breathe, and immerse yourself in the green
Feel yourself expand ...
Feel the forest embrace you, hold you ~ heal you
Breathe, deeply
Inhale the scent of pine
Let it fill you
Let yourself relax into the sensations ...
Warmth
Scent
Birdsong
... soften, soften ...
... open your senses ...
... let yourself be calm and relaxed, open and conscious ...
there is a little mouse, rushing out of the underbrush to come say hello; a deer walking past unhurriedly, stopping to connect for a moment
